Found Around the WebSteve Shapiro posted a 16 question innovation “diagnostic tool” on his website:

“It may help you assess just how innovative your organization is. It is, admittedly, quite tongue in cheek and not a serious diagnostic. But who knows, you might just learn something. Send this to your colleagues and see if they agree with your answers!”

The questions are multiple choice and depending on whether you choose “A, B, C or D,” you’re given a certain amount of points. If you achieve a low score, Steve directs you to his consulting services, a mid-score will point you to his books and articles, a high score will lead you to his keynote and workshop services in order to boost your company to the highest level, which if achieved, will point you to his contact page so he can include your story in his next book.

What a superb job at engaging an audience in a fun way and marketing to them at the same time without being overbearing. Well done.
